介紹我和女兒心愛的中英文故事書及章回小說 - 小學雜談

好多謝你的分享，我正在為如何選擇合適的故事書給我剛剛升上小一的兒子而煩惱。現在書櫃內的書已不能滿足小兒，而在圖書館內找又好像大海撈針。我覺得養成小朋友閱讀習慣真的是很重要，由小兒一歲開始，每晚我們都有親子閱讀時間，說說故事，而且小兒的幼稚園和小學都會積極鼓勵小朋友閱讀。如何選擇書籍真是一大學問，故事內容既要引起小朋友的興趣，亦要吸引到我自己，因為現階段小兒還是要依賴我朗讀給他聽呢!請問隨英文書籍外，還有什麼中文書籍值得介紹呢?

你女兒的閱書口味跟小兒有部份挺相近，他也很喜歡 Franny K Stein 這類較 "mad" 的書。

請問你女兒今年多大？已上了小學嗎？

Thanks for your sharing.

I have two kids who both love reading. I'm always happy with that. My daughter aged 6 just started her primary school life. she can now read books without pictures by herself. she read more than listen to me reading stories. she even find books which i bought for myself from our book shelf to read.

However she can't read much English because i think reading Chinese is more difficult than English and i always encouraged her to read Chinese at the beginning. Now I find she always pick Chinese books and she can not read an Ehglish book with contents matching her age.

I'll get Franky K. Stein and Jigsaw Jones which you recommneded here for her and see if she will fall in love with them.

Hi Micheal,

You are great, you did spend so much time to find books for your daughhter, who should have built a very firm reading habit.
The book descriptions in your blog are professional, precise and detail, which many internet book stores can't provide.
Thank you for your sharing. I hope my daughter (20 months) will enjoy the books you introduced, and develop a good reading habit as well.
Note: I am reading the series "Milly and Molly" by Gill Pittar to my daughter. What do you think about these books?
