我是在職媽咪, 囝囝本來讀緊全日N班, 唸住幫佢報間一條龍而又校譽好嘅學校, 而我地就只幫佢幫左民生~

去 interview 完見咁多人, 心唸多數入唔到, 本來唸住比佢原校繼續讀, 但又咁好彩, 比我地唯一幫佢報嘅學校收左pm班, 所以好開心~

但如果比佢讀民生, 由返開全日托轉半日pm班我們一家人嘅生活習慣就要改變, 如要請工人, 囝囝瞓開晏覺冇得瞓, 驚佢唔捨得原校(因佢由一出世返到依家).....

所以依家仲唸緊轉唔轉好~

我都係收咗pm班,我個囡都返緊N1 am班,最慘係要年年適應過啲時間,因為民生係K1上下午班, K2係全部上午班,但K3係全部下午班,即係要年年tune過佢嘅作息時間囉！

係囉, 就係因為呢個原因, 所以煩惱緊~

我 prefer 咁細個應該早睡早起, 同埋要有晏覺, 而最快都等佢5~6歲先唔瞓晏覺~

依家 pm -> am -> pm 咁, 真係唔係好得, 如果佢收我 am班, 即 am - > am -> pm -> 咁就 perfect 啦

直到 k2 都可以瞓晏覺, k3 開始唔瞓, 等佢適應小學返全日~

其實各位對一條龍點睇法呢

我囝囝依家讀緊全日國際n班, 如果原校升k1, 都會係全日國際班, 佢係真正嘅國際班(教育署去視察過而不接受學卷)~

依家係
英普+晏覺 vs 一條龍

所以真係好矛盾.....

大家有咩意見提供下?

It all depends on what school you want your child to go to. My daughter is attending an international nursery class too. She is accepted by Munsang am class. I will let her attend Munsang 09/09 as I think this is a better choice.

I will not let my daughter attend international primary school. I have seen the students from international schools and I do not want my daughter to be like them, (especially their behaviour and attitude).

If she is good enough, I may let her try applying the popular famous schools, like DGS, etc. However, a local school like Munsang also provides quality education, focusing both on academic, intellectual and emotional well-being.

I may not be correct. It really depends on what individual parent want for the child. All schools have their strengths and weaknesses.

In fact, there are many kgs like St Catherine, kentville, PC also work in this way,
k1-am/pm
k2 - am
k3 - pm

I don't really understand why the school system work in this way, may be they think it is fair to all.

BTW, did you show your intention that you want your kid to study in am session? As PC will send out the result in January, and I think many MS successful applicants will give up their seats if they are also accepted by PC.

通常d 國際幼稚園係 for 升國際小學嘅, 但我囝囝呢間嘅國際班得半日, 而佢係返緊全日, 所以除左果3個鐘, 其餘時間都係中文老師照顧, 所以對我黎講, 佢只不過多左時間接觸英文及國語, 這對佢升好嘅小學都有幫助~

其實民生中小嘅成績係云云中學之中都係中上, 雖然唔係最 top 果幾間, 但我覺得咁可能仲好, 我囝囝如可一直讀上去應該唔會太大壓力~

至於 PC一條龍, 我唔 apply 嘅原因, 就因為佢一直都係中文中學, 而我就覺得係呢個社會, 英文國語真係好重要, 所以佢係好 top 我都唔會選~

我希望囝囝從小學好英文國語, 唔使好叻, 而佢讀緊呢間幼稚園就一定幾好, 但民生幼稚園嘅程度去到邊, 就唔知囉, 呢樣就係我煩惱嘅野~

我雖然比左留位費(PM CLASS)，但都等緊PC RESULT，因我老公LIKE PC，但我就LIKE 民生，SO 都唔知點簡啦!!!

Many parents just only compare PC and MS which one is more famous? or CMI or EMI? But I want to know what the programmes are.

Is there any MS parents / teachers can tell me what the programmes ofMS kg are? What do they teach? Hard or easy? Project learning? What is the level?

PC除左一直都係 band 1 學校及學業成績好之外, 操行及課外活動, 佢都係出名的好~

如果真係 like PC, 而報左佢又收嘅話, 你都可以考慮選佢, 最多同佢出面補習英文, 而聽講佢都有d 英文訓練營之類~

但我自己就會認為, 如果平時上堂, 除左英文堂以外, 都以英文授課, 小朋友始終比較容易吸收英文~

as I know that the system is let the kids ready and use to full day study in primary school.

Can there any MS kg parents can share what the school teaching in K1/K2/K3 is. I want to compare the course itself rather than the name of the school. Thanks in millions.

I've paid the registration fee for MSC (am class). On the other side, i am waiting the result from PC. If PC also accept my son application, it is really difficult to choose?

As PC is band 1 CMI school, and MSC is band 1 to band 2 EMI school. Can any parents is MSC/PC can share their view? thanks a lot.
