Hi, my name is Iris who is a staff of Neuroacademi. First of all, I would like to thank you for all your comments regarding to our technical problems for the online course. Please accept our sincere apologies and please allow me to explain the problems that you occured.
As for the technical problems might be caused by several things such as
1) The router and the internet might get into conflict. If that is the case, please try to unplug the router connections and plug in again and see if it works.
2) There is always a chance that our website is blocked by the Fire Wall or Anti-Virus from your computer.
Actually there are several reasons might caused the problems, and it is better for us to know exactly what is the problem so that we can fix the problem and assist you effectively.
Please provide us your contact number so that we can discuss about the problems with you over the phone, and/or we will send our IT technician to your home for further assistance if needed.
We are now also offering a Free Online Course for one month as a trail period, please give us a call if you would like to experience this online course in the future and we will arrange our Education Consultant to do the set up for you.
