My daugther is now studing at 蘇浙 PN and she has been accepted into 蘇浙 &  St. Paul Church K1 PM Class.  唔知點揀好, 唔該比D意見

If you want PTH, stay with KCS.  

If you want to apply DSS for primary school, go to SPC.

For me, I will go to SPC and give up KCS.

The same situation with me.
My daughter is not in any PN.

My daughter has been accepted by St Claire, TrueLight, St Paul Church and KCS.

I pick KCS.

The reason is St Paul Church seems to have no advantage for girls. Quite a lot of the students from St Paul Church are admitted to St Paul Boys. However, the remaining allocation seems just average according to their website. KCS is a good primary school. And the secondary school allocation is good. That's why I choose KCS.

Why you are not choosing St Clare & TrueLight that they can have guaranteed promoting to P1?  While KCS KG is not guaranteed to their P1 - They have 11 classes in K3 but only 4 classes in P1, plus they also reserve some P1 places for outsiders.....

Because St Clare and TrueLight secondary school are not my target. If I stay there for primary school only, I am not that confident on their secondary school allocation.

And my dream school is 張祝珊英文中學.

I know promoting to P1 for KCS is not guaranteed, but I think should have better chances when compared with outsiders. And KCS primary school seems to have better chances for 張祝珊英文中學.
KCS used to have around 10 students promting to 張祝珊英文中學 each year. Just a bit lower for last year.

I also have a younger son.  If his sister is studying at St. Paul Church, will it be greater chance for little brother to go into St. Paul Church?

I am just wondering whether to let my daughter to study in St. Paul Church in order to give greater chance for her little brother.

huh.....a difficult question

For me, I have only 1 girl, I will choose KCS for sure

However, if I have only 1 boy, I think I may choose St Paul Church

But if putting your daughter in a school not for her best, seems not fair to her........

Really difficult, hope other parents could give you more opinions
