hi, my girl would be in PM K1 as well.
I think TL is strong in Chinese and HY is more 'all-round'. Heard from other mommies of TL, it is no more so 嚴肅 and girls are happy. HY may be more 'pushing' start from K3, you may ask more on net.
there are less than 10 offers in P1 for HYK, hard.
about traffic, you may check with school about the school bus?
