I know a number of adults/kids (including myself) have infected with H1N1 before, all comments that it is just a normal flu come with fever, a normal people's immune system should be able to "kill" the virus, so, no need to be too worried about this virus. Given the possible risk of this vaccine, I would rather suggest not to inject.

Hello,  everyone has been quite quiet lately. Anything interesting to share? How do you find the parents day ? I was glad to know that the teachers actually have pretty good understanding of the kids even though there are almost 40 of them in the class.

Same feeling....they are really prepared for the meeting......I like the teachers more after the parents day.

Yeah, I got a question here.  Anyone has idea on the coming CNY performance?  I am wondering if I should take the annual leave to attend.  

If the format is similar to the X'mas performance with each class doing some performance , I would love to take the leave.

I heard from a K2 mum that only activities in the classroom.  No performance like the X'mas party. But anyway, I will attend tomorrow.......tks.

Do you know when will the K2 registration start? I find that in the school notice, it said 13-14 May, but it seems to be postponed now. Do you know when will it be held?

One mum told me as she already asked the teacher, the notice will be ready maybe today or early next week.

上星期六家長日, 問吓老師先知道, 原來如果今年係讀k1a, 之後2年都會係a班, 同埋d同學同老師都唔會轉wor. 咁樣安排又幾好bor.. 唔洗等d小朋友再適應過, 而d老師又會好熟識d小朋友呢.

這是新安排or 以往都是否這樣安的呢?

Teachers and children are the same has been the practice in the past.  However, I learnt from a teacher a month ago that same teacher practice has changed in the recent 2 years, i.e. same teachers are not guaranteed from K1-K3 in the recent 2 years.    She is uncertain about this year's arrangement.  

So, I confirmed with the another teacher last Sat about the coming year arrangement, this teacher said most likely the teachers will promote with the children this year.  I feel so glad after learning this as I like the teachers of my girl's class very much.  They are really experienced and loving.

Not only d小朋友不用再適應過, the parents 都不用再適應過啦

From the last 2 years experience, the teacher will promote with the children so the teacher can understand the students more

My daughter had just been admitted into K2 pm session in 2010-2011. I just want to say HI to you all. I am very anxious in knowing all the parents here so as to communicate better.

I wonder if anyone who like the teacher very much and the teacher's name or class name? Since my daughter was not happy with her teacher in K1 and I am worried that if she put in a class with a very impatient teacher then she wont like school. Please help!!

ANy good teacher/class recommendation? Thanks

I am very satisfied with the class teachers of K1C (AM class).  They also teach PM class, however, I have no idea which class they teach in PM.

Your girl joins in in K2.  Mandarine maybe an obstacle.  You let her learn some Mandarine now before joining KCS in Sept lah.  KCS KG will not "drill" their students a lot and K2-3 will not have too much homework. So, I trust most of the children will enjoy their KG life here.

Dear all KCS K1 parents, time really flies, today is the last day of K1 lah.  The first day when my girl went to K1 is just like yesterday. She has a very happy and fruitful K1 life in KCS.  I really would like to say "Thank you" to her teachers though they do not see this message : )

Wish all your kids a wonderful summer holiday and see them in September.
