I will not la because we can't have lunch with the kids, and the time is just 30 mins. I saw the lunch arrangement before, it was ok. But please share your experiences with us!! Thanks.

囝囝在星期二的Reading堂時,借了兩本大書回來.
書包重了很多,但我又講唔出叫他不要借,怕有不良的影響.

佢鍾意借咩書就由得佢囉, 至緊要佢鍾意就得啦, 反正又唔駛日日帶返學校

我都係咁諗,所以沒有阻止他囉.
本來他今日想帶回去還的,但發覺今日的書包很重,又要帶音樂袋,所以唯有叫他下星期二才還.

你哋有無發覺,功課量開始上升緊.幸好還是頗簡單的.

我都覺 d 功課量開始多, 同埋好簡單, 全部都係 fill in the blanks, 唔駛半粒鐘就可以做哂 d 功課, 爽!

唔知幾時會有默書呢? 我身邊好多朋友 d 學校都已經開始又默書又測驗了...

上次嗰Talk,老師都有預告,快有默書了.
我想下個月就會開始.
學校可能想我哋開開心心過埋十一國慶.

Hello Vanyau,

The homeworks listed in e-class are the same as those my son put down in his handbook. So should be ok this time!

由於沒有手冊在手,所以不清楚是那一日.

Yeah, van is right.  It's a plain page which kids need to write/draw sthgs made in/by China.

Same here ahhh, rata!!!  Teacher puts down same things on Chezkel's handbook.  It's him who forgot to hand in on last Tue/Wed.  Need to remind him again on next Monday to hand that in.

Donno how to end the battle of reminding Chezkel to hand in hw.  He'd also forgotton to hand in the English WB on Thur ahh!!!

Thanks Becky. Oh I recall now, I think my boy has drawn a China pavillion of the Expo 2010 on a worksheet the other day but I can't recall the title of that sheet. He said he had submitted already.  Perhaps it's mixed up with other worksheets...

Tell you one thing, I was so furious this morning when I reminded my elder son about a piece of homework which has been sitting there on his desk for days and I asked him when he should submit it.  His answer was: Mom, you check the handbook "yourself"!!!!!?!?!?!  I nearly screeched at top of my voice again when I heard him saying that!
I think we need to let them know the consequence of not handing in the homework.  Perhaps the marks on handbooks do not mean anything to them now. I suggest you could call the teacher and ask her to remind the kids in class (no need to specifically talk to your boy) about the real consequence of not submitting homework for say 5 times.  The consequence can be having to stay in the classroom during recess (i.e. something which might be trivial but would be meaningful to them).
