或者換個心態當係比小朋友去玩PLAY GROUP。雖然面試對小朋友對父母來講都幾辛苦同幾大壓力,但見住自己小朋友不停進步其實都幾開心。我一共IN左4間,1間免費/1間$120/1間$100及1間$50,甘計返去出面玩6堂PLAYGROUP都唔止270啦(有間入到2ND IN,另外一間每個小朋友都可以IN 2次),而且出面的PLAYGROUP都唔係比左錢間間都一定係好又學到嘢。

我地份表唔係第一日又唔係親身交，只係寄返去，無推薦信無portfo.
第一條問題我話要比較兩間學校既校風、學術以外對學生品格有幾重視又有做到啲乜，對學習會係填鴨法定重視運用思考，家校合作同關係做得好唔好...我無講到非君不嫁，但我既理念同EC係幾似，所以可能佢覺得我啱。講到學習果陣我老公有話除畫班同彈琴，我地無俾佢學其他學術班，只係附助學校既嘢再搵練習或者手造習作俾個女做，可能EC覺得我地會信得過學校，夾得黎啦。
好多家長話想開心學習，但係中英數普班排得密麻麻，porfolio成本電話簿咁厚，佢地自然會有想收天才資優既學校收，但EC target根本唔係咁，呢種家長target都唔會係EC, 唔收只可以講大家唔夾。

Let me also share my situation with all of you...

We were interviewed on 9 Oct and got the offer letter on 15 Oct.

We also did not like the teacher who interviewed us, he even put one feet across the other feet in front of us, not very polite, what more is I saw he has two spots of 'curry-chicken' on his neck....!!!

Same questions asked, and I had learnt these questions already from here before the interview, so I had tailor made the answer and all my friends said that is a good reply (I did not tell lie).

I think beside the kid's interview (suppose he/she has to perform well), the school also considers parent's answers, take into account K1/K2's school result and comments, any outside school activities, and maybe father's occupation as well as whether mother is full time housewife, etc etc.

As the competition is great, many would be disappointed and this is the reality we all need to face.

My son will also attend TSL's 2nd interview tomorrow, to be honest we prefer TSL more.

One last question, suppose EC has been doing this same interview process since 2006, do they get criticisms each year for this bad arrangement or parents this year are just too angry???

其實以我所知，陳守仁原先是給南亞裔學生就讀的，但近年卻吸引一批中產家庭報讀，已失去原先方向。

1st of all, with all my heart, i say to you :congratulation as you have secure a schoolplace for your child in the school you preferred.

i say the following for discussion purpose and this purpose only, NOT mean to offensive.

with all the respect due and i stand to be corrected, i believe your last question is a misconceived one.

Ec has never been my target and by observbation i would say that parents are not simply grumbling on " the same interview process" which perhaps has been the case since 2006.

peoples are also talking about the way EC releases information including their offer; that the explanation makes by the office when question about the lateness of dispatching the letters;that EC makes offers well before the 2nd interview- date concludes and this effectively affecting the other interviewee.....EC has not been criticised since 2006 does not means that they are on the right track or that it is acceptable, just as simple as that ---- by any chance, it has not been so challenged for past years.

my last remind for you : keep an eye on your child for the coming years and don't just blindly believe that the children in EC won't get on the wrong way. Check with the school disciplinary penal for what had happen to their student in the past 2 years.

i close my file on this school and won't say anymore on it. blessing to you all.

過去已做得差沒人投訴不代表播道仍用這種不專重準考生及家長.我l左9/10面試一直知道信通知2/11前但最役4/11 收信reject,, ,我們不滿是他在贅個過程前後予盾沒一個標準又混亂當家長致電學校只說等信就箄過了2/11末收信都說只有等!通報消息一些打電話一些,,,希望將來申請這間學校看到分享學多些還有他也曾問選校問題我們是誠實回答只申請這間直資,,,因l此如果下年要面試的要想想他們想的答案或看有沒有成功人的意見!
