Yes every year there will be one or two seats released after the registration day, and then after DGS and DBS results come out, there will be some more seats released. I am sure the school will have a priority list. Last year I have two friends who were on waiting list who got the offer at the end. Hope you will hear some good news soon.

my girl also on waiting list. i am so sad and really want to cry.
do all unsuccessful candidates after 2nd interview will become on waiting list ?
if so, oh, the chance is so limit

Same here!

I believe that they made 150 offers and 50 waiting. Do you know why you are unsuccessful? Do you have that feeling while attending the 2nd interview?

Hi chululu,

恭喜你的小朋友被spcc這間全港最頂尖的小學取錄. 你的小朋友一定很聰明. 他是否取得很多公開比賽的獎項, 或是在公開試考了很好的成績呢? 你認為他被錄取的特長是什麼?

我也希望囡囡明年可以考進spcc. 請問我要怎樣裝備她呢? 請指教?

Congratulate that your children enter SPCC? Would you also please PM me the technique to enter SPCC like the cert, course to take as I would need that info next year. Thanks in advance.

My girl is one of the lucky girl got accepted by SPCCPS, together with 2 other boys of the same school. We all belong to the unrelated group (4), middle class, all live in Kln side.

They are quite different in characters. One boy v active and smart, always first to raise hand, Chi is better than Eng. The other boy is all rounded, relatively elder in age, v polite, helpful and mature, v much a model prefect. My girl love readings books, particular Eng ones. She can read full Eng sentence at the of 3.

Personally, I think in general, soft skills (sharing, polite, concentration, thinking etc), as well as love to read are some of the key factors that are being observed. Certificates are supplements. In another words, no short cuts, but got to develop our kids the right attitudes, manners, habits all along. Plus some really good lucks, as the odds is 1 out of 16.

We are from one of the school in Kln Tong, but not among the most famous ones. Only one of the 3 kids got the luck to have a 2nd interview from DG/DBS, so not a must, nothing guarantee...
