今朝校巴8點已回到學校, 由中學部哥哥佢地入課室, 課室只有另一小朋友及囡囡, 由隔離班老師幫佢地開燈及air-con. 佢話可以自由攞書看,
我架校巴既司機駕駛態度好唔掂, 因為放心唔落, 我地今朝用私家車跟到學校門口, 門口有當值老師, 可能時間早交通暢順

My girl told me when she got off the school bus there were teachers guiding them to go to her own classroom by herself.

She told me last night she was super happy with the school, she was quite concerned on her teacher's words because she reminded me a few times what the teachers told her to do.

My girl is in 1D class, anyone in the same class? There are more boys in this class.

My daughter in 1F, boys more than girls. She is
very happy of the first day of the school . Her class teachers led them to the basketball field for running. She enjoys the school time so much

我想問問早上如自己送小朋友上學，校外的交通情況如何？塞車嗎？
因現在乘校車上學比自己送去早約一小時起床，現考慮改變上學的方法，好讓小朋友不用太早起床。

Hi, my son is in 1F too. He fell down in the basketball field and his shoes turned blue (because of the new paint on the field). Ha ha ...

Hi PoolPool, 16072005, nice to meet you, it's good to find some classmates here.
My girl told me there is a so called daily 'wonderful student', teachers choose the best behaved child and have the name written down on the board.
Just curious, are the English teachers from the other classes native English speakers (for me is someone that spent majority of their formative years in countries such as US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)?

If her first language is English, even if she is a local, I would classify her as native speaker, for me first language is the language that a person can manage with the most vocabulary.
I am not questioning the quality of the English teachers I am sure they are all with good qualifications otherwise school won't hire them , but just wondering are the majority overseas recruited? I heard last year, there was a class that changed three English teachers throughout the year, two went to some other countries. I know this happens very often in other international schools especially kindergartens, just hope it will not happen to my girl's class (fingers crossed!).

High turnover is normally expected for teachers in international schools, yet they will normally leave at the end of term since they have contracts with schools. It is therefore abnormal for a class to have three different teachers in a school year. Were there any special reasons?
