In the orientation program letters, there are four auto payment forms for parents to fill in. Pls be reminded that there should be two sets of form (each form with 2 copies), the bank account should be 009422010 and 009422012. The forms that I received are all 009422012, so I called the school and the clerk replied that she sent me the wrong forms and wlould email me the correct one. Parents should read it before submission.
