already taken 2nd interview but not yet registered on 27/2 --- doesn't mean being rejected

those registered on 27/2 is the first group, about fifteen students

Those registered in HY may change their choices to SPCC if they get the offer on 7/3 from SPCC. So, those places will be given to other lucky girls.
