Yes, it's really tough. Maybe partly because they are also competing with the gap year re-applicants accumulated over past 2 years, and some with inflated grades too? Anyway, I'm sure your daughter will do well and be able to meet the COs! Hope your daughter and mine can be classmates soon!

我女果科英國co 4offer 1 reject. 香港果間都有co. 但成績要求比英國更高。

Waterloo 大學都好好，請問Waterloo offer什麼系？如果你仔仔諗住畢業之後留喺加拿大工作，就讀Waterloo 大學，英國大學的教育好好，但係要喺當地搵到工作都唔容易. 另外，想問科大CS有咩唔好？謝謝。

I would like to ask:
If got rejected in UCAS, after getting the DSE result, can my daughter go to the rejected U to apply/try again? She got rejected from U of Edinburgh and Imperial Colleage.

My understanding is : you can as long as they are available during the Clearing Stage.

但重點係clearing 階段選擇會少好多。尤其是受歡迎學校和學科。

DSE students are in a better position during the Clearing stage. It usually starts at the beginning of July. DSE results (as well as IB) released much earlier than ALevel, it means that DSE students can start the Clearing application earlier, when the available places have still not yet been taken by ALevel students.

係先到先得還是集中處理待A level 成績公布後一併處理呢？
