不知是不是真有幫助,我都係信一半,
而且一樽都幾貴,考慮清楚,
吃頭兩,三星期冇什麼別,之後先有明顯好些,
本身視力有問題的人,份量不是跟盒印,
小孩早晚各兩粒,成人早晚各三粒,
要問返專櫃的人意見.

要問返專櫃的人,
由於朋友個仔有近視,散光,所以早晚各兩粒.
1粒係小童保健用,即視力正常嗰D.
賣嗰個人係咁講,
其實我都有俾囝試,一邊眼七十幾度,令一邊一百度近視,吃了個多星期,見他吃了又沒有成日擦眼,遲些帶他去驗眼先知係唔係真的有效.

我已問過我姪女(佢係我個仔之堂家姐,唔知叫甚麼關係!)
有關資料!
回覆如下:
佢是由眼科醫生(此眼科醫生是她家人之眼科醫生)介紹到同一層之驗光師此種隱形眼鏡, 此種眼鏡是較新科技,連加拿大美國都沒有此類資料 o 請注意此副隱形眼鏡是夜晚戴著睡覺,是不能矯正及減低近視,原理是吸著眼角瞙將眼球拉回圓形,令到日間毋須戴眼鏡, 生活及動作方便一些 ! 以我所知,
600度近視以下及年齡不可以太大才有用,而且要每晚戴著睡
覺,不能停!! 停了兩三晚,日間就要戴眼鏡 !

我問過佢媽媽有無害處或後遺症,回覆是每晚絕對清洗隱形眼鏡,否則不潔戴著睡覺眼睛容易發炎,暫時唔發覺有任麼後遺症! 我問過如果停戴會怎樣?佢回覆停戴就跟知前近視沒有分別,佢女兒班上有近視同學大部份都有用此方法 o

我有問過佢媽咪用家感想,佢認為清洗較煩(因對女兒自己洗鏡無信心,及爛左再配要錢!) 其實跟日間戴隱形眼鏡原理一樣,不過對調是夜晚戴 !

我本人就覺得家長愛子女之心一定有,故可以自己再去問清楚醫生有關詳情,例如戴眼鏡之利弊,收費,年齡等等...

Polytechnic has this kind of services. Very professional but they only od it when the child reaches 7 years old. Now my girl is waiting for it. She is only 6 years old but has 425 degree short eys sight.

My daughter has worn this type of contact lens for six years. The most important effect of this contact lens is to control the lengthiness of the eyeball which causes the shortsightedness. She started to wear this in P. 4 and she is now F. 3. For these six years, her shortsightedness has only increased 50 degree. As compared to wearing glasses, she increased more than 100 degree every year from P. 2 to P. 4. That really scared me to death

For using these contact lens, other than cleansing the lens thoroughly on a daily basis, it is important to keep the regular visits to your optometrist to make sure everything is fine.

咁啱呀!
100度近視,其實要戴眼鏡,
但很多視光師都話唔好配住,睇定些先,再加深先帶,要定期驗眼,我的囝暫時都係100度左右,所以都未配眼鏡呀,但其實有時他都看不到黑版和成日抄錯字.
現在正試吃籃莓素,得的話先通知你!

還有昨天阿媽驗了眼,二百幾度近視+老花,現在得返少少老花和七十幾度近視,不用帶眼鏡,又真係好神奇,但唔知小朋友吃,得唔得,得就好了,唔好要求減近視,唔加深已經好好.

My boy has also worn correction lens while sleeping for around 9 months. The lens were prescribed by Poly Eye Clinic. The service there was good and professional. My son started wearing the lens when he was 9. What made me try it is the rapid increase of his shortsightedness. I was so worried that with an annual increase of 100 degree, he could not see things anymore at age of 15. Now his shortsightedness has remained stable. No increase. I will just continue with the lens though it gave me a lot of work every night. And I am always worried that my boy might scratch his eyes while sleeping, causing damages to cornea. Lucky that he had no infection or injury so far.

I don't think your son's short-sightedness is now "stable".

To explain what happend, think of the correction lens as a pair of high heel shoes - when you wear it, it "corrects" the problem; once you take it off, you are back to the original.

Short-sightedness is made up of two component problems (1) the cornea is too curved; and (2) the eyeball is too long. The lens, which is a hard contact lens with a flatter surface than the cornea, presses on the cornea's central part when the lens is being worn. By doing so, next morning, the "memory effect" keeps your son's cornea "flatter" then it should be. This explains why your son sees well in the day time if he wears the lens at night. If he stops wearing it for just 2 or 3 days, he is back to the previous him. As the lens constantly compresses and rubs against the central cornea at night (during which the lids are closed and no oxygen is available from air), one must be very vigilant in the cleaning of the lens and the supervision of the child. Otherwise, any problem will affect the centre of the cornea, the most important part of your vision.

Did I forget the second problem of short-sightedness? No, I didn't! The length of the eyeball cannot be corrected by any lens, drugs or surgery, at least up to now. But certain drugs are being tested to see whether they can slow down the worsening of childhood short-sightedness. Results won't be ready until years later (to be scientific, we need to wait).

Professor Goldschmidt from Finland has spent his past 50 years in studying short-sightedness. His conclusion about the problem is "I still don't know what it is and how to control it".

Mistype - Professor Ernst Goldschmidt is from Denmark, not Finland. His heads the Danish Institute of Myopia Research.
