Please help!! I failed :cry: to download the application form for K1 of HK Preschool (Kln Tong). Anyone have a spare form? Please kindly send it to me via PM or to [email protected]

So am I. I found that I only downloaded the school logo etc instead of the form when I open downloaded document right now. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have the form, but I'm sorry to tell that each form has a separate no. and I think it could not be shared. Good luck then.

I got the form in person but I've asked my friend to download one for me. Will see if she's still keeping it. My friend says there's some problem with the formatting and she fixed it with MSWord. Not sure if it's good for use. Don't have too much expectation.

As for serial number, the receptionist told me the downloaded one doesn't have but those distributed at school were pre-printed. That's why they already collected $30 from me.

It should have a serial number on the form downloaded from website. My colleague and I used the same downloaded form last year and both of our kids has successfully got a place in N1 last year. Ultimately, both of us didn't admitted to N1. So, the serial number is not a problem I think.
