I've spoken with other parents who have said that the British Council is okay, but in the end they were disappointed due to the class sizes and even though it's "british" they hire teacher from anywhere, could be Canada.
When choosing English courses, you need to be quite specific in the goals. For example, you want phonics? reading? creative writing? exam prep? speaking? presentation skills? Each program has its strengths. British Council is average in a number of these areas.

不過聽得多, 就會慣...所以邊度既口音都聽下,反而對將來會有幫助..
