Does anyone know how certain the ESF in 烏溪沙 would open in Sep09? The plaza that the ESF supposed to be in is not built yet. Will the new ESF be able to open in Sep09?

it should be 100% open in 09 as per their homepage and they just finished the enrollment for next year's k1&k2 class.
