To me, it tends MCS is less pushy (but my daughter is only in P1 this year).
However, it really depends on the kid itself. Even if you don't apply MCS for your daughter, still you might have to pay a lot of time to help her in accomodating to the new study environment in primary school. Why don't you just try MCS and if your daughter really doesn't suit the school, you still have the choice to switch.
My girl is studying P.5 in瑪利諾. I found the school is not very pushy, not much homework and school will not rank the student until p.5 (only the top 3 is awarded & announced in every class). But of course, students have to study well in order to secure a seat in their secondary school. Cause only about 130 over 200 primary student can be successfuly made it recently..
