In terms of academic development, Alliance or St Catherine is better? Since Alliance's school fee is much more cheap when compared, really want to know whether their syllabus is more simply and they have less NET Eng and Putonghus lessons?
if i were you and could afford higher school fee, i would choose St Cat. my friend regretted giving up KV and St.Cat and chose alliance for her son (now K2). she also thought of cheaper school fee and could have spent the $ on extra curriculum. but now she is paying even more. she compared st. cat and KV homework and progress, she is very disapointed by alliance (either Chi, Eng, or Math is strong). she was upset by the teacher who made no point at the parents' day interview regarding how to improve her son's skills. this is just her experience, pls don't mind, alliance parents!

how do you compare york to alliance, if i dont concern about school fees?
coz right now my son was accepted by york and i am still thinking whether going for alliance interview or not.
My fd's son was studying in this KG few years ago, when I asked her comment before, she thought that the curriculum was not deep enough (there was no voucher during her son studied in KG), then I didn't consider it.
Of course SC is more famous but the school fee also much higher than it lah
i never looked into York, even when i chose a KG for my elder daughter. so sorry i cannot comment on it. but another friend of mine whose son went through many KG interviews these days (e.g. KV, St.Cat., Soka...), none accepted him but York. (the boy doesn't talk yet). that means York even accepted a kid who did not talk/did not make a noise at all in the interview. anyway, my friend did not pay a deposit to secure a seat.

絕對讚成. 小朋友只是k1階段仲好bb,佢地一喊家長已心痛,肉赤, 但第時小學佢地吾肯做功課,乜都話吾識做,好深,做家長就真係頭痛,冇教好訓. 所以我接受先"苦"後甜.
