It depends on whether your primary school would allow you to continue discretionary allocation / central allocation once you are accepted by your feeder school in their Form 1.
Some primary school will required that, once you accept your feeder school Form 1 place, you have to give up voluntarily discretionary allocation / central allocation. In that case, moving back your kid's school net back to KL1 would be meaningless, for only Section B of the Central Allocation is district-based.
But which primary school you kid is now in? And is he/she P.5/P.6 already?
Otherwise you are talking about a lot of variables that, without taking account of which, would be quite meaningless to infer any definite conclusion.
