As I am planning my son to study at St. Stephen, can someone help to provide more details about interview?

My daughter got admitted to G1-2010.  The children and parents were asked to wait in the school hall, the children then go drawing while waiting, then they were led by teachers to do the interview.  My daughter told me, though not much, that the teacher showed them some slides and asked them questions.  Then, she was interviewed by a teacher (1-1) on some simple questions.  No reading, writing, spelling, calculating ...... And the whole interview was conducted in Cantonese.

Can anyone advise which church organization that st. stephen belongs to? will religion/ baptish can help to get 5 marks?

Dear Kate,

St Stephen's College Preparatory School belongs to Sheng Kung Hui (SKH), also known as Anglican Church.

It's a private school. You get 5 marks from religion which can't work in this school. Details/Application can be seen in the school website. www.sscps.edu.hk

Hi,

I would like to know does it mean for this school, religion and also brother/sister connection not counted.

Does it count only on interview performance? And does this school have central allocation (lucky draw) same as Government subsidy school. Thanks

SSCPS don't have central allocation. It is a private school. There is an admission talk on 4th September,2010, you can ask more detail.

Thx, and do you know whether SSC Secondary School is Band 1 or Band 2 school.

Also I am confused if this is a private or DSS school
