I asked my daughter's teacher, and she told me that it is not necessary to join the program. At the meanwhile, my daugther can not join the program without buying those books!
Actually, I love my girl read as many books as she like. And now, I am considering whether to apply the kid's reading program of Public Lirary or another reading program by our KG itself.
My dauther read some of those listed books already and there are other reading programs options, so we will join other programs by Public Library or our KG instead, which provides the cert as well.

I will join this programme. It is good to encourage kids to read books. After they finished, the certificate is kind of achievement.
