Last night, my daughter told me about that.  I don't believe it's true because Mr. G shared a story with them, saying that Mr. Octopus leave the class because he don't like people making fun of him by creating "nick name" for him.

At first, I guess it's just a story because Mr. G wanted them to stop making fun on creating "nick names" with bad intention only.

But today, my daughter cried after school, saying that Mr. G will really leave them.  When I call LA, I was informed that his last day is next Tuesday.  A substitute teacher will teach them in December and a new teacher will come to teach (from Canada) from January.

We're really shocked about this.  Shall we (classmates of 1GP) prepare some farewell cards/gift for Mr. G??? From my opinion, he's a good teacher.......I know he's having part-time study & don't know what's he now looking for.... anyway, hope the new one is even better la......

聽到呢個消息都好突然，Mr. G 真係一位好老師，由暑假既Induction course 開始，我囡囡都十分喜歡 Mr. G！ Mr. G 真係一位Young adult ，擁有一副baby face 面孔！
Mr. G 離開一定有他的原因，祝福他能生活愉快！
同時亦希望校方能處理 1GP 學生的適應！

發生了什麼事? 他因私人理由離開? 還是工作問題? 我也知道做開荒牛好辛苦, 但也想不到這麼快便轉老師. 直資學校常有轉老師的情況, 這真無奈. 宏信失去一員, 希望對小朋友的影響可以減到最少.

以我所知, 小朋友會每人做一張咭送俾Mr. G。

今朝打電話返學校，佢話新老師係男老師！
我重問點解甘遲都未有通告formally 通知家長!?

The clerk answering my phone call yesterday afternoon said that they'll issue email to notify us formally today........so we'd better wait.

My daughter wrote a letter & drew a picture to Mr. G last night. I was touched by her words.....

We've also encouraged her to face the change positively.....hope they can really do it la!

Yesterday night my daughter cried and said that "I am sad...... I miss Mr. G" ....

女仔可能感情比較豐富, 我個仔就無物點, 不過佢有講唔想Mr. G走, 因為好鍾意佢, 雖然只係幾個月, 小朋友同老師係有建立感情。

May I invite any Christians, being parents of 1GP class, pray together for the following -
1) Miss Brenda (the subsitute teacher) can bring a fruitful learning journey with the kids in December
2) Mr. Timothy (the new teacher coming from Canada) can be better than Mr. G, come to HK on time (i.e. in January) and stay with the kids at least for this academic year or even more.
3) There is only positive learning for kids through the incident. And may all of them have continuous improvement in their academic study.
In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

今日接放學時, 見到Mr. G 拖住幾個女仔(1GP), 全部都喊到收唔到聲, 都幾淒涼. 所以Mr. G 既離開, 對小朋友都幾大影嚮. 雖然我個仔無喊, 但見佢有dd眼濕濕, 佢都話有d唔開心.
希望小朋友快d適應新老師啦!
