I only heard from one of the seminar that LLC of Wan Chai one is very good! But no idea of Kln one! ...
BTW, i just saw a post about pre-school in EK where people recommend this school over others in the same neigborhood......
or you may want to broaded your sources about pre-school or kindergarten rather than just browsing around EK.
