據說常拉小提琴之類重覆性動作，會容易引致一種肌肉筋骨勞損病。

有冇人知此症之正確名稱？前期癥兆，預防及治療方法，謝！

其實任何動作, 重覆做同長期做, 都會整親/拉傷。

拉小提琴, 唔記得邊個大師話, max 一次拉40分鐘就要休息最少20分鐘。當我自己有時間, 我就會零願好似食藥咁, 一日拉三次/四次, 每次半小時咁。

如果有需要, 係要睇物理治療。我都識一d小提琴家, 係要定期睇物理治療師。所以唔好俾自己過火咁係咁勁拉, 傷左就手尾好長了。

另外, 其實你可以做番d 拉筋的活動, relax 番對手。亦唔知你係左手定右手痛, 有可能是你持琴/弓姿勢不良而做成。

咦…攪咩你有手痛咩？
我係麟仔仲係BB時出現過類似症狀，因長期重複用手腕力抱BB，令到手腕肌肉筋骨勞損左。當時手指公用唔到力，連拎支牙刷都痛，用左緊身護腕好D，但手會腫，用力都係好痛。醫生梗係叫唔好再用力，等佢慢慢好，但最終攪左幾個月都係唔掂。最後我選擇打steroid落患處，好神奇，打完即唔痛，但醫生說老年時那兒的骨可能會有後遺症…但當時唔諗得咁多。
你點痛法？但唔知你個情況同唔同我喎。

我既情況係，右手上臂舊老鼠仔拉緊左，令到右手不能完全伸直，勉強伸直隻老鼠(係咪叫四頭肌?)先痛。伸直抽野自然都痛。

我有個百病口身既同事，我講左小小，佢就嗡中晒其他，斷定我枕頭要換。換左。

跟住大人迫我睇 GP，我自己想睇骨科，但冇相熟。 GP 又斷定唔係訓厲手，一定係打波拉傷。我 touch wood 打左30年波，末拉傷過，撞傷就有。

咁剩番拉琴羅，尋日search 下，大部份講 musician's hand or instrumentalist's hand 都係賣書多 :cry:

其實一路舒緩中，不過好慢，已 3 weeks，隻手已可伸直晒，隻老鼠仲有少少緊(伸直時)。

我驚係拉琴關係，所以問多ｄ。隻手最痛時，拉弓反而冇痛喎。而家穩陣ｄ，拉一首停一停。不過就延長左大人同鄰居既痛苦

復原時間都幾長, 三星期... 嗯... 再等下吧。

等你好番... 練下「瓦靈」... 手臂夠力先唔會咁易痛/累/整親。

依家的你, 應該係夠肌肉太緊張, 慢慢拉番開佢就應該沒有事。多做柔軟體操 / 「熱身運動」, 尤其針對上肢那些, 應該有用的。

問下你老師, 睇下佢有冇意見俾你。我直覺係你用力唔0岩, 太大力令到上臂會緊張。其實.. 拉琴係好細力0家咋

你唔記得我，我係自習 piano 同 violin 個個傻佬。有陪仔一齊上 violin 堂。通常我仲多野問過個仔。posture 應冇問題，可能係用多左力。

琴行個 d tutor ，尤其ｄ靚妹，真係麻麻，又怕瘀(臨老學吹打)。呀仔個又 fully booked。好少少個 d 又至少收成 4 舊水一堂，肉赤死我！有冇好介紹，呀仔進度太慢，已經滿足唔到我。

warrren 響唔響度？上次你介紹 jordan 個個比多ｄ料好嗎？

我... 冇咁好記性0家...

posture 有冇問題真係好難係呢度答你。坦白講, 有好多大師的姿勢都唔正確, 不過, 有機會先再分享。

另外, 我不明白為何你會和小朋友一起上課, 他會很慢很慢, 你又會太快, 學習總是個人的事, 一起學是很難的。

如果你想人介紹老師, 請你pm。其實琴行很多老師只有八級, 未必有能力可以教人的。

唔係一齊學，係陪佢一齊學。老師要既，我諗係佢都知自已講野悶蛋，怕ｄ小朋友聽唔入腦，同埋想家長在練習時提點下特別要注意的地方。我覺得對初學既小朋友幾好喎！尤其個個都話姿勢好重要。我見佢d 細學生全部都要大人陪既。

What kind of pain are you talking about?  See http://tinyurl.com/8qzl7.  Tension is always the cause of pain.  Make sure that you don't feel any tension while playing.  I have been practising at least an hour a day and 7 days a week, and have never (I am saying this with my fingers crossed) experienced any pain.

I don't know whether I can locate the contact of the teacher in Jordan.  Will pm you if I can.

BTW, there is nothing wrong with 臨老學吹打.  You should be really proud of yourself.

Thank you warrren,

Have a quick look over the web-site you provided, I think it is more likely to be categorised to tendon / tendonitis? pain. Actually I'm not sure it was due to the repetitive moving of the right arm or not. Since I found most of the speakers concerned on wrist and left side more.

Let me check throughfully tonight to see any similar symptom as described.

Anyway, thanks for your quick response and the useful web-site. Why everybody tell me the site that I already been there and can't notice it

I'm not sure what u have is muscian dystonia. But, this kind of problem usually happens in professional muscians. Here is some sentence I quoted from a journal article.

musician's dystonia,is regarded as task-specific forms of focal hand dystonia with symptoms that occur only when patients perform certain tasks, such as playing a musical instrument. Performance of other fine motor tasks, even if they involve the same muscles, can be unimpaired.
The importance of the latter is demonstrated by the fact that MD occurs more often in pianists and classical guitarists, two instruments that are known to be practice intensive.

Therefore, it may be just due to overuse of a certain muscle. It can be relieved by heat treatment and some kind of gentle stretching. Otherwise, it may be due to neck problem.

If it is neck problem, (my doctor also said that it may be the cause) then my well-sick colleague already taught how to repair.

It used to be happened in professional musician, that may be the overstress in practice, I also intend to remind the parents here, especially to those let their kids starting learnt from three or four, that there is a chance of getting permanant harm to their kid for over practising.

Thanks for your advice anyway, please share more if you don't mind.

You're welcome. I know only a little bit

. I only know that most problems are due to poor posture and muscle overuse. so, always mind your own posture and try to relax the muscles (esp neck and shoulder).
