Application forms for enrollment in Primary One for the year 2006-2007 are available for collection from Thursday 8th September 2005 to Monday 12th September 2005 at the School Office. The forms can be obtained by:

Parents are requested to submit the completed application form in person with photocopies of the Birth Certificate and other supporting documents, if any, to the School Office from Wednesday 21st September 2005 to Monday 26th September 2005. The form should be submitted during office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00a.m. to 12:00nn.; 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. and Saturday from 9:00a.m. to 12:00nn.
Applicants are required to attend an Interview in late October 2005. Notification of the interview arrangements will be sent to parents in mid October 2005.
Two identical briefing sessions are scheduled for Saturday 17th September 2005 at the Assembly Hall of DBS from 2:30p.m. to 4:00p.m.; 5:00p.m. to 6:30p.m. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend either one of the sessions. No reservations are required.
