Experts recommend that taking six capsules (Eye-q) a day for the first 12 weeks. The higher intake is in order to get maximum benefit.

After 12 weeks, when body is replenishing its stores of fatty acids (as known as EPA & DHA), the dose can be reduced to two capsules a day on a maintenance basis.

The Eye q agent is quite well. Their pharmacist is very helpful, when I ask him some medical questions (even not Eye q), he also giving me an professional advice.

Last week, I bought one bottle of Eye q capsules from their office. They also gave me a few of Eye q chews samples.

The shell of capsules is strawberry flavour, no any fishy smell and taste, can be swallowed whole or chewed. My child loves it very much.

I have no doubts about Eye q. It was selected as the active treatment for Durham Schools Trial, and have got a good result.
