All Mama,

My daughter is over 3 yrs old and studing K1, my friend said it's hard to bring her to 領洗 now even my husband is 天主教徒. Is it true?

我諗如果你都興趣認識天主,去返慕道班,帶埋個小朋友返主日學,都唔難既......年零後就一齊領洗

We just moved to Kln City, do you know which church should I bring my daughter to 主日學? Kindly advise.

如父/母聽慕道班後領洗,跟父/母領洗的小朋友要在3歲前才可以的.

我見到大堂係可以的呀,佢地入k1先聽道理,k2/3就叫我地去觀禮(領洗),可能佢地小朋友都有上主日學呀

Yes, you are right. 小朋友要在3歲前才可跟父/母領洗的.

If you want your kid to attend 主日學, the kid should be around 5-6 years old. Anyway, if you want to get more marks for P.1 enrollment it's too late unless your kid is under 3 years up to next 領洗.

Yes, I didn't know my daughter can follow her daddy to 領洗 if she is under 3. And now we missed the time. I just want to know if any church has 主日學 for 3.5 yrs old child. If so, after she attend the 主日學 and can she 領洗 on next yr before enrol p1? If not, I will still bring her to attend 主日學. As I want my daughter to 認識主, not just want to get more marks.

係某學校都有貼出每年領洗既家庭,佢地包括大人同細路一齊架,入得幼稚園,都應該超過三歲架啦

I am so happy to know that your view "I will still bring her to attend 主日學. As I want my daughter to 認識主, not just want to get more marks".

You may call the church nearby for details of 主日學. As I know, 主日學 takes few years not such short time that you have mentioned below.

主日學多是最細收5或6歲,除非是親子班.

本人係返天主教總堂區的,囡囡都領左洗. 以本人所知4歲可以開始返主日學,但要兩年後先可以領洗, 9歲領堅振, 4歲前係唔須要返主日學, 都可以領洗, 叫嬰兒領洗. 我最近都有一位朋友囝囝係上個月領洗, 佢領洗時3.5yrs.

p.s: 可能每個堂區都有唔同, 最好問下自己返開個堂既神父或辦事處職員. 因為好似有d堂區都唔係個個月有嬰兒領洗, 大部份堂區都係聖誕同復活節先有, 但總堂就個個月都有.
