Congratulation! Both schools are very good and it is really hard to decide. If I were you, I will consider the location of the school as I don’t want to spend too much time for my kid on traffic.
You shall consider your target Primary School. If your target is St Paul's Convent, you shall choose SPK.
If your target Primary is another school, you may choose based on other criteria. e.g. NET, school fees, location, etc.
