The myymtoys.com will send u a set of VCD(14) which teaches u the ways to use all materials
It is really useful, and it is easy that we u it wrong or violate the teachings of MOntessori

I found this page at the 'International Montessori Society' pretty useful:

They talked about the technique of Montessori teaching which I think it's necessary to go hand-in-hand with the teaching materials. In particular, the section on 'Technique' and 'Safe Words' are good for reference.
