that is not TV program, thats only yesterday News at 6:30pm, the news talking about 英基 is cheapest international school in hk.
BTW, i also plan to let my son study in this school, i think it is good because their study and teaching method is same as England, totally different from hk, which i am also gruadate from London and it is much better than hk teaching method.
