Today, most of the families got one to two kids and they hope both of them will got to university after the 12 years study.
They spend a lot money to private school, private tutors, activities and just want more certificates for the interviews....Our edu is like this......so poor!
Why? Why? Why do they do these?
The answer is No seat......if you watch the news in HK, poor students have to sleep on the street for waiting a seat. A SEAT will change their life.....or give a chance to unversity. Just like a Ticket!
Who.. want to buy a unversity ticket?
First you must find a famous school and work very hard. Then you may find highly probabity school which can have a chance to send you to the unversity. This is all parents' concerning things here.
Unforturnately, the seats of the unversities are not enough for new fresh grad in F6 and the repeaters.
Only 5% to 10 % students can have a seat.
In HK, it is a real hard job to enter in your favourite unversity.
Our kids ' dream is they want to study in the same school from kinder to unversity directly coz they dont need to change so many schools. They also can have a happylife during this 12-15 years.
Although some kids are smart and some are not, we should also provide a good education enviroment or facilities or colledges for them.
When I see some teenages who is only 16-17 have to find a job to play for the edu fee....it is so poor now!
In Singapore, their gov't protect their kids and provide them free education until they find a good jobs. My cusions are not study well at school but they can go to their favourite Medical Study in Unversity. May be their english level is higher than HK or the seats of university is enough for all kids.
Be concern our kids .
Just age 7 kids and they need to fight for a seat in unversity now......all parents are in so high pressure for training their kids.
Oh! Dont push me in the hell! - Most of the kids are crying for a seat.
UK/USA/Aust is not the best choices of them.
All HK unversities must be explore the market in the future or build one or two more for our babies.
Hope ONE KID ONE SEAT!

Why dont do somethings for our kids - future leaders?
Even in china, they are rich now and put all kids in the highest acadamic colledges or HK too. We are facing NO UNVERSIT SEAT PROBLEMS....
