My daughter is now attending TT playgroup and I am quite satisifed with it so far. Victoria just called me recently and said there is a vacancy for my daughter. I am thinking whether I should quit TT one and attend Victoria. I know my daughter like the teachers here but Victoria is more near to my home and cheaper than TT.

my son is also attending TT and both of us like it so much. I'm also waiting for the vacancy for victoria but she told me it won't for for vacancy for the coming 6 months!!

Anyway, I've heard that the format of these two PGs is similar, but most of the comment for victoria is.... you should not have too much expectation!! for TT, the comments are extreme: for those who hold +ve comments, they think she's really good; for the other group, they think it's too expensive while there is too much free time.

but too be frank, if you want to apply for victoria's PN, it's better for your child to admit into its PG!!

My daughter likes TT...the teachers and the school administrator remember the names of all children attending school there. Victoria called us when my daughter is 20 months old....we decided not to take up the PG offer as we saw comments on the forum re: Victoria playgroup. And some people say that even attend Victoria playgroup <> can get into their pre-nursery or kindergarten...

I like Tutor Time that's why it is so difficult for me to make the decision. But you never know Victoria is good or not until you try it. Some people said Tutor time is not good but at least 3 of us think it is good. Maybe I will go parallel for 1 month and decide, though it costs more but i don't want to make a wrong decision

我個女係victoria 返左1年playgroup, 除左排隊係好快咁睇到成效, 我其實都唔知佢學倒o的乜(可能仲細啦), 直至最近佢開始返pn先唱返晒所有係playgroup o的歌出黎我先知都有野學o既.

my girl went to both playgroup before.
frankly speaking, their PG is similar, no either one is very outstanding, but in terms of $$, vic is much cheaper. and justlike other parents said, if you are aiming their nursery class, is better to join their PG.

otherwise, there always better one that you can choose in the market!!

My son attended both Vic and TT's PG.
Both are similar.  But if you want your kids to learn more PTH, surely you should pick TT.  TT has both outdoor and indoor play area which is a very good facility for kids, especially during flu seasons where the kids can get more fresh air staying outdoor.  Also, TT allows kids (big kids born in the first half of the year) to join their nursery.  My son attended their nursery when he reached two and he learned a lot there.
Vic's PG is good too and my son had a really great time there.  Teachers and staff are very caring and nice.  Their PG is conducted in English and Cantonese with only 15 min of PTH per week.  If you want your kids to learn more PTH, Vic may not satisfy your need.
It's true that attending Vic may have some advantages when applying their PN.  However, there is no gaurantee and in fact I do know some failure cases.  So, better to apply for a few more PN's just in case of the worst scenario.
Comparing the two, I prefer TT more.

TT playgroup: (90mins per days) 45 mins english + 45mins PTU

Victoria's playgroup: (2 hrs per days) 1 hrs english + 1 hrs cantonese,
< PTU at HK side 2 schools only>

Suggestion: One school 3 days + The other school 2/3 days

Because my kid also study two schools per week. Victoria's 3 days + PIPS (KLN) 2 days + The other school join the Music course on saturday only

Just share my personal experience, my son is attending TT (PG & PN before, now is K1), quite good.
He loves his school and sing many songs (both PTH & Eng) at home, and even pretend to be his teachers ...
