有angrybirds knock on wood玩具一份帶回家.
I gather from other posts that some teachers send out notice slips while my daughter's do not. So it seems to vary from classmistresses.
Sigh.... my daughter is still very poor in telling me what happens at school. I have to ask her questions, like a reporter, and guess what happens from her fragmented answers....

Hope she gets better from this training as you said.

My girl also received a box of angry bird toy. The teacher wrote her chinese name on the box. The recycle bag that I prepared is too small and finally she carried it by herself and almost forgotten to carry it when she left school bus but the bus lady is so kind to remind my girl. My girl cannot tell me the details from the school yet but keeps on singing songs learnt from school and she can say Ms Ada taught her english songs. I received some small printed notice from her class so far to remind parents. Sometimes they are filed inside the books and probably might miss out.

我囡囡話我知有一盒angry bird禮物！
話比我知係同其他班都係8，9月生日的小朋友一齊慶祝同切蛋糕！
仲話佢自己班好多人都穿紅紅衫。
又同沙沙做咗朋友！

我以前上網見到以往的家長都有話學校係會訓練小朋友轉述老師說話給家長，而不用通告。
至現在我囡有提過我星期二還圖書，要交校巴費。
另外三本兒歌薄和小肌肉練習，我再問她時她告訴我不用帶返學了。

我囡囡就講左個袐密俾我聽

，佢話有同學玩波波池果陣拉低條褲"all" poo poo，好臭，好彩芳姨清潔。我問佢老師有冇鬧個同學仔，佢話老師叫個同學仔急果時記得叫老師而已

Same here, my daughter tells me limited things from school, but for something that she is interested, e.g. the angry-bird toy, she told me immediately when she called me over the phone.

Sometimes she plays and sings and I saw the song on the exercise song book, then I know it is something she learned.

Other than these, I need to ask for answers.
