If your kid learns piano at the teacher's home, will you stay there until the lesson is finished because you want to know how the kid is learning? Do paino teachers prefer to teach the kid without the parent sitting in the same room, or most of them don't mind the mommy being there?

會呀！一定會坐在旁邊聽。通常有經驗的老師都好歡迎家長旁聽的。

listen and accompany , take notes. what to do at home. of course, also keep quiet and let teacher do all the teaching..

有好多家長上緊堂時听電話，食野，做自己野(有聲), 加插自己意見，手多攪我啲野，周圍行參觀…所以我唔俾陪上堂了，好disturbing 。

我上堂抄筆記無望住老師聽佢講野，佢都好唔高興........

I will accompany with my child, because the teacher do not mind. But I know that some teachers do not like that.

if the teacher doesnt like you to sit in, just have to find one piano teacher that fits your requirement. or if you dont like to sit but the teacher insists you do.
learning instrument is a long, long journey, should find someone that you are comfortable with.
