you are not right..... they definitely have NET, but just 班主任 are locals.... according to what i learned from the school, the class difference are:
1. for International Stream, one班主任 is local and another one is NET, while for the other two classes, both 班主任 are locals (but of course they have NET English classes everyday)
2. Montessori class have some input of Montessori elements while the other two classes do not have
however, all classes curriculum are the same..... if you need more information, i suggest you call school... that was what i did.... they are quite helpful...
