It's always trouble to deal with these hearsay situation.
The actual details of this new policy started last year was: "if a SHCK student applies to BOTH sections through different means, IF THE STUDENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY PM SECTION through discretionary places stage (end of November), then the STUDENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PRIVATE SECTION."
So, all of them are allowed to apply to any schools, the purpose of the policy is just to have more efficient use of the private section seats and not to have students registering to both schools which eventually one will be release, while there are others waiting |
