Can be as young as 5-6 years old. but personally I think 8-9 years old may be better. you can check this site.

it has a junior golf academy with training tailor for kids. There are also other driving range/golf clubs that offer course for kids.

You can try this one
http://www.juniorgolf.com.hk/ , my little girl age 5 is having golf class with them. One is a lady coach she is a lady champion. One is an australian coach Andrew, Andrew is the world top 60 golf teacher. He is really good. You can try to contact them and have a trial class.

Andrew Cartledge (The World Top 60 Golf Teacher 2006) is an Austalian. He speaks English and the lady Coach is Hong Kong people. She is the lady Champion in the Australian Golf Teacher Cup 2005. They are both very patient and kind to children. Most classes are on Fri, Sat and Sun at Waterfall. My girl joins their classes since this summer.

我見最短o個支都偏長, 好似好難做好個動作

My girl used 公家桿 for the whole summer. When I am sure she wants to play golf, I buy a children set for her. If you are their students, you can buy from pro golf shop (at waterfall) at a discount price. You can ask Lilian.

: Hope your son enjoys the class. By the way, they have adult class for parents too.

How old is your kid? Is Lilian at waterfall a good coach? Dos she teach in English? I'd like to know what children will learn in the training courses which waterfall provides. thanks

Lilian has studied in Australia. She is a Chinese and she can speak Eng, depends on the class, if the class are chinese, of course, she speaks Chinese. If the class need Eng translation, she will do it. Lilian is the lady champion (winner) of the Australian Golf Teacher Federation last year.

They have high handicap and low handicap class. You can start from the beginning, eg how to do the grip.

As I know Lilian is not a good golf coach. There are only 2 people played at AGTF cup that year and she is one of them. She scored 94-89 (+39), which is very poor score as a golf teacher. I doubt she can really teach coz she can't play well and handle the skill.
