My daughter takes school bus #7 from Diamond Hill to MK. Diamond Hill is not the last stop. The bus also stopped at Kowloon Tong. There are 3 students at Diamond Hill stop. Over the past 3 days (incl. today), I can say "It is a mess!". Drivers and caretakers are inexperienced.
The drivers and caretakers both are different in am and pm.
1st day
7:20am School bus arrived at Diamond Hill (should be 7:10am instead)
8:15am Arrived at MK school
=> almost an hour!!!
1:10pm School bus arrived at Diamond Hill (should be 12:45pm instead)
=> In that morning, school bus stopped at the entrance to the carpark, caretaker got out of the bus holding a name list of several pages and asked us to find out our kids' names right at the entrance. Cars, school buses could not go in or go out and I heard horns everywhere. The driver then suddenly closed the door and moved forward without prior notice. That time we were just about to let our kids to get inside the bus. We were lucky enough to take prompt action to run away from the bus.
2nd day
7:25am School bus arrived at Diamond Hill (should be 7:15am)
8:05am Arrived at MK school.
12:45pm School bus was on time
3rd day
7:10am School bus arrived 5 mins early, then picked up the other 2 students and leaved straightly. The parents told the caretaker that 1 student had not yet arrived. The caretaker said she would come back. When I arrived, I waited at the stop with other parents. When we called the caretaker, she said she did not notice that she should pick up 3 students at Diamond Hill stop.
7:55am Arrived at MK. One of the parents drove us to the school. We leaved at Diamond Hill at 7:35am and arrived at 7:50am.
Can you stand such service? I have 99% decided not to take school bus in Oct.
