If you want to apply the one in Fo Tan, you need to use their own form which is different from that for the Kowloon Tong campus. Can we swap the form because I downloaded the form for Fo Tan (by mistake) but in fact I want the form for Kowloon Tong? My email address is [email protected]. If you want the form for Fo Tan, please let me have your email address and I'll forward to you.
