I don't know any such courses. But what I believe is if the child speaks fluent English he/she will do fine.

Yes I second Highfive.  I would say :-
(1) he must not afraid of speaking English
(2) he must not afriad of westerners
(3) he shld not be too shy or reserved - be responsive when being talked to
So if you really need to, the better way may be sending your child to an English playgroup regularly.  The teacher must be an English native speaker.  I dont mean you need to push your child to learn lots of things.. but just let him get used to an English speaking environment so that he can act naturally in the interview.
Good luck.

Even if there were such a course out there, I can tell you, it must be a scam.

There is NO way any "course" can specifically target and prepare your child for an IS interview.

Every IS is different, I have been to many IS interviews, not one were the same. No two schools have the same standard, format, or requirements.

Basically, if your child is going for IS, you need to train your child with very fluent English, fluent Mandarin, outgoing, willing to speak when asked, willing to be independent around an unfamiliar setting.

Most P1 interviews are NOT written, alot of them are just reading, asking questions, pointing to answers, interacting....

EXCEPT GSIS. Writing is really really expected in high standard, even at the Grade 1 level.

BTW, your P1 is what? P1 = K3... or are you asking after K3, which most IS is Grade 2/Primary 2.
