LP14 x Pankis "小朋友行出新一頁" 為兒童癌病基金籌款的慈善貓步Show

......I. 活動目的
不少父母皆欲望子成龍，但對於患癌孩子的父母來說，他們
則希望子女可以免於疾病的痛楚，如其他小朋友般上學、遊
玩、健康成長。
兒童癌病是一歲以上兒童的第二號殺手，僅次於第一位的意
外和中毒。每年，本港有120至150名兒童証實患上癌
病，同時有60至70位小朋友因癌症離世。雖然醫療進步
已令末期癌病兒童三成存活率增加到六成兒童，但治療的過
往中兒童少不免要抵受手術和治療時的痛楚同副作用，為年
幼的孩子、家人帶來沉重的身理及心理打擊。
是次活動，希望可以透過公眾力量達致以下目的：
- 提高公眾對兒童癌病的關注
- 鼓勵公眾身體力行支持兒童癌病的公益事務
- 籌集善款支持兒童癌病基金的工作
II. 主辦單位
是次籌款活動由LP14及日本兒童服裝品牌Pankis
主辦。
LP14是由一群自願人士組成，旨在透過義工服務，以身
體力行幫助社會上有需要的人士。LP14於二零一零年九
月十九日(星期日)舉行第一次大型服務 -「月奔越開心」，而活動的主題為「夢想」。
義工們希望藉著活動為低收入家庭的小朋友帶來一個愉快中
秋節的同時，讓在場孩子分享夢想，為理想努力。
Pankis是日藉設計師Miyoko於2008年創立
的新進兒童服裝品牌，品牌理念是將Pankis帶到全世
界，旨在將不同種族的小朋友連在一起，不論健康與否，都
希望孩子可以無分國界彼此，心連心，手牽手，把愛傳揚開
去。
今次，LP14聯同Pankis特別舉辦是次慈善貓步S
how為兒童癌病基金籌款及推廣有關兒童癌病的資訊, 讓大眾關注並幫助有需要的兒童。
III. 受惠機構及籌款目標
受惠機構
「兒童癌病基金」的前身為「香港中文大學兒童癌病基金」
，由兒童癌病患者噹噹的母親、一群熱心的醫生、護士、癌
病兒童家長和熱衷公益事務的人於霍德爵士夫人贊助下成立
。
基金其後獨立於香港中文大學，並在一九九一年十一月向政
府註冊為慈善機構，易名兒童癌病基金，為全港癌病兒童服
務，現時基金贊助人為陳方安生女士。
基金的工作主要涵蓋以下範疇：
- 為提高癌症兒童及其家庭的生活素質，在身心健康及人際康
樂等方面予以週全服務
- 協助醫生提升治癒率
- 資助香港主要公立醫院購買先進儀器，改善治療兒童癌症的
設施及服務
籌款目標
是次活動Pankis及LP14希望可以攜手為兒童癌病
基金籌得達港幣十萬元或以上 (HK$100,000或以上)善款，支援兒童癌病基金
的工作。
IV. 活動簡介
活動將邀請醫生、患癌兒童家長與明星嘉賓一同分享兒童癌
病資訊，藉此增加公眾對癌病兒童的關注。同時，教育小朋
友關愛他人的重要性，在自己幸福的同時也不忘幫助有需要
的人。
參加Catwalk資格：
參加者必須是3 – 10歲的小朋友。每位小朋友只需籌得港幣二百元正(HK
$200)或以上予兒童癌病基金，支持癌病服務工作，便
可以參加兒童癌病基金的慈善「貓步SHOW」。
活動形式：
合資格的小朋友可單獨或於父母/監護人的陪同下參加台上
的慈善「貓步SHOW」比賽，表演Catwalk。同場
設有「最具型格獎」、「健康笑容獎」及最佳「貓步」大獎
。在場的評判(明星)會根據以上所述的標準，選出表現最
佳的小朋友，得獎的小朋友除了得到紀念獎狀，與一眾嘉賓
合照留念外，還可得到大會送出的豐富禮品。
得獎以外，攝影師會為每位參加慈善「貓步SHOW」比賽
的小模特兒拍攝最佳「貓步」，大會將即場列印照片送給小
朋友及家長留念，每位參加Catwalk的小朋友亦會獲
贈精美紀念品一份。
大會所拍攝的相片將容後會放上Facebook給公眾投
票，最高票數的三位小模特兒會獲贊助商送出神秘禮物，並
有機會成為Pankis新一輯宣傳廣告的模特兒。

If your child is 3 -10 years of age, and would like to donate at least two hundred hong kong dollars or more to the CHILDREN CANCER FUND, he or she can participate in the Children's Cancer FundCharity "cat walk show".All the money goes to The Children's Cancer Fund. Participate will al...so get their picture taken and keep them as souvenirs.All the clothing worn in the catwalk is provided by the Japanese brand "Pankis". We have invited HongKong movie stars as judges and hand out the prizes to the best performing children in the catwalk .
Cancer is the second leading causes of death for children one years and above, next to first of those accident and poisoning. Each year there are 120 to 150 children who are diagnosed with cancer, while 60-70 children die from it. Although medical advances have resulted in increased survival rate of late cancer, but the treatment of children in the past to withstand the inevitable pain of surgery and treatment with side effects has brought a heavy burden to families and psychological blow.
Through this event, we want to encourage the public to: - Increasing public concern for children with cancer - Encourage the public to support childhood cancer charity - To raise money to support the work of the Children's Cancer Fund
Organizer The fund-raising activities is raised by LP14 and Japanese children's clothing brand “Pankis”.
LP14 a group of volunteers, who seeks volunteer services to help the needies our society.
Pankis was established in 2008 by Miyoko,who created children's clothing brand, whose aimed was to let children of different races bought together, whether healthy or not, hoping that the child can be equal to each other, hand in hand, spread the love through out.
This time, LP14 and Pankis organized a charity catwalk show to help fund raise for the Children’s Cancer Foundation. The purpose is to let people know more information about Children with cancer.
Benefit organizations and fund-raising goal Beneficiary "Children's Cancer Fund" was formerly known as "The Chinese University of Hong Kong Children's Cancer Fund", by the Children's Cancer patients Dangdang's mother, and a group of dedicated doctors, nurses, cancer children, parents and others interested in public affairs, established under the auspices of David Lady.
The Fund was then independent of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and in November 1991 as a charitable organization registered with the Government. After it was renamed to Children's Cancer Foundation, for cancer services of children, now is under the auspices of Mrs Anson Fund Patron.
Fund's work mainly covers the following areas: - Children with cancer and their families to improve the quality of life in the physical and mental health and interpersonal aspects of recreational and other services to be comprehensive - To assist medical practitioners to enhance the rate in cure - Help Hong Kong's major public hospitals, and purchase advanced equipment to improve the treatment of children with cancer, the facilities and services.
Fund-raising goal: Through this event ,Pankis and LP14 hope to join hands to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Fund. Our goal is to reach one hundred thousand hong kong dollars or more to donate to the Children's Cancer Fund.
Activities Overview We invited doctors and parents of children with cancer to share Children's Cancer information and to increase the public awareness of cancer concern for children. At the same time, we would like children know the importance of life, and to care for others.
Catwalk eligible to participate: If your child is 3 - 10-year of age, and would like to donate at least two hundred hong kong dollars or more to the Children's Cancer Fund, he or she can participate in the Children's Cancer Fund Charity "cat walk show".
Form of activity: Eligible children, individually or with their parents / guardians get to participate in a charity stage and do a catwalk. There are 3 awards to be won : the " most stylish child" award, the "healthy smile" award and the "best cat walk" award. We have invited hong kong movie stars as judges and hand out the awards to children.
Photographers will help each participant in "cat walk SHOW" to do a shooting of small models. We will print the photos on the spot as souvenirs to children to remember this occasion.
The photos taken by the general assembly will be upload on Facebook and whoever gets the highest 3 votes, 3 of them will be given a mysterious gift and have an opportunity to become a new serious of models for Pankis.
