Yes, English is taught by NET from KCS PN to K3:
PN - 30 minutes out of 3 hour class duration
K1 - 40 minutes
K2 - 50 minutes
K3 - 60 minutes .

Are you saying the children will have ENG class everyday in KCS?

Wow...very good if ENG class on daily basis. As many kindergartens only offer half hour ENG class for one or twice a week only.
