According to my understanding, Headsmart meaning they accept you to study in Jan/Feb 2011 instead of Aug/Sep 2011. It just means they are taking away N1 students from other schools. I don't think it means you will learn more than others - unless you are not studying in other PN at all.
I also understand if you don't accept to the headstart - then you will become waiting list for Aug/Sept 2011 school year.
I've called before to check for "Head Smart", they said there's only one class and only for big B. Suppose the things they teach this class will be more compared to those start in Aug/Sep. And they confirmed that if you don't want to start in Jan/Feb, it will be okay to start in Aug/Sep but then your kid will be studied with those small B.
