St Clares allows K3 students participate in lucky draw and 自行分配學位嗎?

Heard that St Clares will put those students in waiting list if they participate in lucky draw and 自行分配, correct or not?

I don't think so. St Clare's PS as well as the College is not really popular in HK island. The only popular thing is that it is an English-medium PS but I heard that good teachers were all gone and the turnover of teachers are frequent. The PS just can't impose too much restriction. You can call the PS directly to confirm.
