You should start looking at the kinders' websites around Aug/Sep 2012 for enrolling for K1 in 2013. Many of them have the enrolment period from Nov to Jan.
It's hard to name the good kinders, depends on the district and your selection criteria.
I am not too familiar with Kwun Tong.
If you would consider those in Kowloon Tong / Kowloon City, the popular ones are Kentville, St. Catherine, Keen Mind, Pui Ching, Munsang etc.
You could search their websites from yahoo.
