Hi Debbie,
I've received quite a lot of good comments on the playgroups organised by Kids Playhouse in Hang Hou and La La Land in Metro City. I've then taken a site visit there and found that they seem quite good. Since my baby girl is only 1 year old, I plan to let her go to these two playgroups by the end of this year.
