I don't know what is 低年班ｇｒａｍｍｅｒ standard, since my daughter only 5yrs. I haven't start to teach her grammer at this stage. I mainly concern her conversation thus I don't know the tutor is sutiable for you or not. I have PM her information to you.

jusy my two cent on English..
I think children should not start grammar so early but as some parents said oral. If you can have nice oral skills, you will know how to build up sentences already.
