I will choose St. Cat !
Better Eng learning environment that cannot be found in Rhenish kinder.
And you still can apply Rhenish primary after 3 years.

My elder daughter is studying in Rhenish primary P3 now, but she did not study in Rhenish kinder.

I will choose Rhenish Kinder since very high chance to get into the Rhenish Primary.

To have better English, you can let your kid to join some English course for enhancement.
