My son nearly 6 year old, already learnt piano for more than two years. Recently I plan to let him learn one more kind of musical instrument. How/ where can I assess which kind of instrument is suitable for him. Any best coarse/ teacher recommend?

String / percussive instruments.

Woodwind and brass instruments are less suitable for a 6-year-old.

I am a music teacher. I agree. Strings and percussion are more suitable for a 6 years old child. After your child complete the teeth development, you can let him/her try woodwind or brass.

most private percussion teachers are very expensive, even for beginners.
how about thinking the courses in MO?
